I've spent over 35 years in IT, mainly as a systems engineer supporting Unix platforms, Enterprise-class storage systems, networking, cyber security, etc.
More recently, I spent the last 5 years as a Technical Writer for Google's Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) organization in NYC.
